I'm so glad I found this site. I have been a fan since I was a teen and I read the Grand Sophy. I immediately graduated from True Love comic books to novels by Georgette Heyer. I also began the search for everything she wrote and at one time or another I found most of them. Even though I haven't read one in years, I can't part with 'my books'.
Georgette is the standard I hold all of the modern Regency authors too.

What an elegant and delightful site. I started reading Georgette Heyer at 11 when I found a copy of Powder & Patch on the shelves. After that I collected as many of the titles as I could and as they came out. I still reckon you can find out a lot about a person by asking which books are their favourite!

I have been a fan of Georgette Heyer since high school. Love all her books including her mystery novels. Glad to see a site for her at last.

I loved GH's books since I was a teen ager. Now - after 25 years - I am re-reading all the books translated in italian with enormous pleasure, and I've discovered this excellent website. Thank you!

My favourites: These old shades and Venetia

Hurray! I just knew my Mother and I couldn't be the only people in the world who love Heyer. I only have a couple of her books but have read them all. Our local library used to stock them but they have cleared out the books least read. Now I am going to have to buy them because this is the type of book I read over and over.

I am over halfway reading my first Heyer novel An Infamous Army and am very impressed by Georgette's knowledge and research. I have several of her novels which I have just bought in a 3 for 2 but not sure they will match up to this one. It is meticulously researched. I look forward to reading others and think this website is great. Thank you. I too thought earlier her novels might be just froth but this one has shown her insight into war, armies, let alone relationships.

I am so glad that I found this website!!
I have loved Georgette Heyer's books for years and years. I have 51 of her books. My copies are so old that the pages are turning yellow and falling out. Everytime I reread a book I put the date inside the front cover. It is fun to look back at the dates. I am hoping to pass my love of these books to my daughters. Thank you for the information and this opportunity to share.

Hey, just to let Angela know, I'm sixteen so teenagers do read Heyer. Unfortunately I can't convince any of my friends to read them :-( which is a pity as she's an amazing writer.
